Asst. Prof. Eylem Ezgi Fadıloğlu-School of Applied Sciences- Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts After receiving her BSc degree from Ege University Food Engineering Faculty she obtained her MSc and Ph.D. degrees from Ege University in the area of Meat Technology. In the food production factory of Yasar Holding, she has worked in the R&D and Total Quality Department for about 10 years. Since 2012 till March 2017 she worked as a full-time lecturer Ph.D. and the Program Coordinator of Food Processing Department at Yasar University Vocational School. Since March 2017 she has been working as Assistant Professor in the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department of Yaşar University. Since 2022, she has been serving as the Deputy Director of the School of Applied Sciences. Her areas of expertise are; functional and innovative foods and production technologies, functional meat products, aquaculture, edible films and coatings.
