Merve Çelik Çalı received her bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Dokuz Eylül University and went to the University of Giessen on an exchange program in 2012. While she was staying in Germany, she took part in various projects. After receiving her Celta diploma from Izmir University of Economics, she started to work as a lecturer at Yaşar University- School of Foreign Languages. In August 2017, she was promoted to the position of Test Admin at Yaşar University. Merve Ç., who is still working as a full-time member in this position, successfully completed her Master's Degree in Educational Administration in 2022. She continues her studies around the topic of Educational Administration. Last but not least, she received the "Fostering Student Motivation and Engagement" training organized by the University of Oregon in 2020 and taught Academic English at B2+ level at Metropolitan University Prague in the 2021-2022 academic year.
