Short CVAfter she held the bachelor degree from Tourism Management and Hospitality Department, Economics and Administrative Sciences Faculty of Cukurova University, she worked in tourism sector between 1993 and 2004 as department manager in a variaty of national and international five-star hotels. In 2005, she joined the academic team of Yaşar University. She was graduated from Master of Business Administration program in 2007 and she got her PhD. degree from Dokuz Eylül University, Graduate School of Social Sciences, Tourism Management Department in 2011. As currently being an instructor in Tourism Management Department and the department head of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts in Yaşar University, Assistant Prof. Dr. Ferika Ozer SARI have been in England for her PhD research and in Hungary as a guest instructor for a short time. She wrote a book titled “Marina İşletmeciliği (Marina Management)”, research papers which are puplished in national and international journals, book sections and she attended to a variety of national and international conferences.
