He graduated from Kocaeli University, Department of Computer Engineering in 2006. He completed his master's degree at Izmir Institute of Technology, Department of Computer Engineering, in 2010. He completed his doctorate program at Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Computer Engineering, in 2022. He worked as a research assistant at the Department of Computer Engineering at Izmir Institute of Technology between 2007-2010 and 2012-2016. He continues to work as a faculty member at Yaşar University Software Engineering Department, where he worked as a research assistant between 2017 and 2023.
