After graduating from Bilkent University, the department of American Culture and Literature, Aylin Karpuzoğlu started working at Yaşar University as a part-time lecturer in 2012 and also earned a certificate in TESOL in 2014. She has been working at Yaşar University, School of Foreign Languages as a full time instructor since 2014. She worked in the EAP Coordination Team for two years and was responsible for designing and reviewing EAP curricula and testing and assessment instruments. She was also responsible for overseeing the management of all aspects of the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and Modern Language (ML) Programs for a year. She is currently teaching English for Academic Purposes in the EAP Team.
