In 2001, she graduated from Dokuz Eylül University State Conservatory, String Instruments, viola, in the main art branch of Prof. Çetin Aydar with a high degree. Between 2009 and 2011, she successfully completed her master's degree in viola with State Artist Ruşen Güneş at Yaşar University, Faculty of Art and Design, Department of Music.She studied chamber music and gave concerts with the world-famous cello player Alexander Rudin. The artist, who is a member of Semplice Quartet, one of the leading chamber music groups of our country, studied chamber music with Prof Johannes Meissl at Universitat für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Wien between 2016-2018. She was selected first in the 1st National Viola Competition organized by İKSEV in 2000. He won a viola from the Antonio Stradivarius Institute.She worked in the DEÜ Symphony Orchestra between 2001-2006 and in the Orchestra Academic Başkent between 2006-2007. She performed the first performances of İlhan Usmanbaş's Clarinet Quintet in 2007 and the concerto written by Şölen Dikener for two violas in 2009. In November 2019, she performed A.Schinittke Viola Concerto accompanied by Yaşar University Symphony Orchestra. She participated in festivals and master classes held in Germany, Austria, France, Greece, Hungary, Azerbaijan, Slovenia, Japan, Cyprus, Portugal, England, and gave concerts with recitals, chamber music groups and orchestras abroad. She gave concerts in Turkey as a soloist and chamber musician in Istanbul State Symphony Orchestra, Izmir State Symphony Orchestra, Yaşar University Symphony Orchestra, Mersin Chamber Orchestra, Samsun, Adana, Ankara, Istanbul International Music Festival, Bodrum Music Festival. Pınar Dinçer still teaches viola and chamber music as a full-time lecturer at Yaşar University Art and Design Faculty Music Department. She is the Yaşar University Symphony Orchestra Coordinator and Music Event Coordinator. She also teaches viola at DEU State Conservatory. She is a member of Semplice Quartet, Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra, Gedik Philharmonic Orchestra.- Phone 0232-570 8759
